The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and near Hyde Park. It was so convenient to be able to explore the park or catch a concert nearby. The rooms were spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities. The staff was kind and helpful, always ready to assist us. We enjoyed the basic breakfast options provided and the comfortable beds. a great experience!
The wifi was a bit slow at times.

Great location, just a short walk from a major train station and surrounded by plenty of amenities. The room was comfortable, cozy, and had all the necessary amenities like a heater, AC, and hot water. It was nice to have the option to leave our bags before and after check-in, made our trip much more convenient.
The shower was a bit cramped and the shower head was loose from the wall, a little inconvenient. the room could have been cleaner and some of the bedding didn't match.

Clean, modern rooms. Good central location with easy access to transportation. Helpful and friendly staff. Excellent complimentary breakfast with fresh juice, coffee, cereals, breads, and cheese. Will definitely return in the future.

We had a wonderful stay here! The location was perfect for exploring the area, with two underground stations nearby. We were impressed by the housekeeping service, and the amenities in the room were great, including tea and coffee facilities, a safe, and free toiletries. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the free Wi-Fi and express check-in/-out.
This place is highly recommended for families, as well as couples and solo travelers.

Great location next to Paddington Station, Hyde Park, and transportation. Recently refurbished rooms and facilities. Spacious and comfortable family room upgrade. Nice and friendly staff. Good breakfast for the price.

The room was a good size and the location was convenient for public transport and a nearby park. We found the staff to be reasonably helpful and friendly. Despite a few maintenance issues, the beds were comfortable and we had a quiet room. we would recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, being near the Paddington tube and train stations, making it convenient for exploring the city and catching an early morning flight from Heathrow. The hotel facilities were great, with a comfortable and clean room that had all the necessary amenities, including hangers, a hair dryer, iron, and ironing board. The staff were friendly and helpful, allowing me to check in early and leave my luggage after check-out. the breakfast served had an excellent variety of food.
